It is springtime at the park - the flowers are in bloom, the grass is extra green, and everyone is outside. Haven’t you always wanted the chance to linger a little longer, to eavesdrop and observe the world around you? Now is that chance.

I created this film in the spring of 2025 as part of my Independent Study course at Wake Forest University. One of my favorite spots near campus is Reynolda Village. Not only does the space have beautiful walking trails and nature, but it is also a great place to people watch. I love the energy of a place like that, buzzing with so many different people and living things. I wanted to capture that feeling, and also allow the viewer to get a peak into the lives of different ‘characters’ at the park. I played with a more experimental style for this film, and I am so excited to finally share it.
