Kathrine Kiersted

Kathrine Kiersted is a filmmaker based in New York City working in development and post-production. She graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Critical and Creative Media, where she directed and edited narrative and documentary shorts.

She is drawn to character-driven stories and the quiet moments that reveal emotional complexity. With experience in both on-set production and post, she approaches storytelling with an eye for structure, tone, and rhythm.

Originally from Houston, TX, she is especially interested in independent film and serialized storytelling.
